Make completed features on top and unfinished below
Basically we have: (W.I.P): The feature is there but is not behaving as intended. Checkmark: The feature works as intended, it could be improved but it works. No checkmark: The feature does not exist and will not work nor do anything.

Description
This pull-request changes the Readme To-Do to have some guideline on whether the feature is finished, in progress or not implemented.
No checkmark: Feature is not implemented and will not work yet
(W.I.P): The feature is there but is not behaving as intended.
Checkmark: The feature is working as intended, it could be improved, but the vanilla behavior is respected
I don't know if i've done some wrong WIP's or if one of the features listed as completed is not completed. Reviews would be appreciated
