Integrate resources to the project detail page

Integrate the resource from the admin to the project detail page. Show the resources at the bottom of the project detail page.

Acceptance criteria: Resources associated with the project display at the bottom of the page.

Able to create resource and assign related projects and publish it.
But Resource is not displayed on the project details page .

I think this has been merged now, and does show up on the project page. Does it look right to you @shrutimehta13 ?

So I think the resources are meant to look like this @ralphcutler #186 the design only shows single links for resources, but the resource data type has title, description, file, and link properties. Let me know what you think @ralphcutler @colleenskemp @shrutimehta13
