Babble.Net is an experimental version of Project Babble that targets mobile devices, with the intent to be used with Quest standalone. It is also available as a desktop app for Windows, MacOS, Linux, as well as a mobile app for Android!
Run the app as you would the existing Babble App!
Presently, Babble.Net only supports IP camera connections on mobile.
- Connect an IP camera by entering its name in the capture source field.
- Go to your settings enable OSCQuery
- Be sure your OSC is enabled in VRChat alongside any relevant avatar settings.
- Profit!
To build Babble.Net from source, clone this repo and restore any and all nuget packages. You'll need a copy of the Avalonia SDK installed, as well as the Android SDK if you plan to build for Android devices.
*If using NVIDIA GPU acceleration on Windows, be sure to run the installers under the Babble.Windows.Installer
folder. For Linux, you'll need versions CUDA v12.6 and CUDNN v9.5 for the version of your distro."
