Fix typo and refactor codebase for PHP 8 compatibility

Renamed `assertMaxLenght` to `assertMaxLength` to fix a typo and ensure consistency. Removed the `Stringable` stub for PHP <8.0 and updated properties to readonly where applicable for better immutability. Enhanced type declarations and annotations to align with PHP 8 standards.
