How to not get banned from Xiaomi cloud?

I'm struggling with this component.. I don't even know how many times I got banned from xiaomi cloud for requesting the map too often.
What settings are you using? Anyone knows whats the actual rate limit?
None of the blueprints/options worked for me. It's either not updating the map with the correct intervals, or when it looks okay, then boom, next time I just see the failed to retrieve map message, got banned for like 1 day, and you can't even use your vacuum from the app...
Like two months ago I found an okayish setup, where it only updates the map once when the status changes, like docks. At least you don't get banned for that. Then my wife asked why she can't see the progress during cleaning, so I jumped in it again, and tried the update the map only when the card is visible option. Looked like it was working, then again ban...
Somehow it keeps updating in the background, or I don't know, I'm tired of trying.
So how the hell can we setup to not get banned? Is there a log where I can at least see that it is polling the map and how often?
