::Manual::AlienUser is primarily intended for XS/FFI developers who want to use an Alien. There should be something for end users of that XS/FFI that they create. This should explain how the end user can control the mode the Alien uses. Mainly system vs. share. But also to turn off download, change security via ALIEN_DOWNLOAD_RULE, etc.

This could in theory also go in ::Manual::AlienUser but I am leaning toward a totally separate document. Perhaps ::Manual::EndUser?
