"Disable" & "remove" tasks

This task allows the user to disable & remove the following:

Disable Security (later the user gets asked to chose if they only want Defender & SmartScreen off or even more security {LATTER NOT RECOMMENDED})
Remove APPX bloat
Remove OneDrive
APPX background apps (breaks notifications from APPX apps)
Memory compression
Spectre, Meltdown and Downfall mitigations (only applicable on Intel CPUs, may not increase performance on their latest CPUs)
