Intermittent Failures in test_macport.py, method TestDbTableMacPort::test_idx_exists #284

Describe the bug

  1. The test_macport.py::TestDbTableMacPort::test_idx_exists method occasionally fails.
  2. This may be due to datetime values in the database
  3. The test needs to pass consistently using a valid methodology that captures both normal and edge cases
