Running locally

1. Ensure Jekyll is installed and setup: https://jekyllrb.com/docs/installation/
2. Run: bundle install to install all the necessary Gems needed to run the webapge
3. Run: bundle exec jekyll serve to run the webserver locally
4. Navigate to: http://localhost:4000 to see the webpage
