PR #2831, which was merged a few days ago, changed the contents of the growfactors.csv file without updating 2026 values of reverting TCJA parameters in the policy_current_law.json file by using the ppp.py tool.

In addition, PR #2831 failed to update the taxcalc/reforms/ext.json TCJA-extension reform using the extend_tcja.py tool.
