I'm trying to align our PAF with, for example, MGI's GAF. In part this includes a review of used relations and how they might have changed. Some examples:
has_function -> capable_of -> enables
contributes_to|capable_of -> contributes_to (that is, it was made a standalone relation)
participates_in -> acts_upstream_of_or_within
Changes already made in PAF, but updates definitely needed in documentation; at the very least, within the PAF_guidelines.pdf.
@karenross are you the one that maintains this? I'm aware that Cecilia did it in the past, but since this was last revised in 2019 it would seem that someone other than her last edited the file.
