Hi Val,
To get all forms encoded by a specific gene, use GQ4 on this page: https://lod.proconsortium.org/yasgui.html and substitute the PomBase identifier of interest. Using PomBase:SPBC11B10.09 I get three specific phosphorylation states:
thr167-P without phosphorylation on thr14 or tyr15
thr167-P with tyr15-P (and silent with respect to thr14 phosphorylation)
phosphorylation on all three mentioned sites
Your request would be the fourth (thr167-P, silent with respect to phosphorylation state of the other two sites). Note that this is different from the first case, which specifies non-phosphorylation at positions 14/15.
Please let me know if I should proceed, or if (1) already fits what you want.
HI @nataled I will need to confer with @JackyVH (Jaqueline Hayles) who is an expert on cdc2about the different P states (Jacky was also looking at this paper). This ticket is still in my inbox- I didn't forget, I also have another ticket hanging that I will likely get to first.

@nataled I know I asked this numerous times before, but which link do I use to find all of the modified forms for a particular protein?
