Broadly, in this milestone, we are prioritizing:

• Experimenter experience - Experimenters should be able to truly self-service create and edit experiments
• Faster deployments - Remove the dependency on EPFL's hosting

Here are the key results we hope to accomplish during this milestone:

• Deploy the application on a publicly-hosted Google platform for public availability (with approvals)
• Create fine-grained multi-experimenter routing
• Implement basic analytics to track usage metrics, such as user sessions, experiment creations, and unique users

This milestone is intended to be a little lighter-weight, so that we have time to hack away at the backlog and analyze initial pilot data.
