[Scene] Set encryption passphrase

The passphrase will be used to encrypt the private key.

Requirements:

Urge the user to use 1password or other software to generate a secure encryption passphrase
Minimum length of the passphrase is 8 characters
Disclaimer text telling the user that they're responsible for securely backing upp the encryption passphrase.
Checkmark with copy "Passphrase is backed up"
The CTA-button should be disabled if the user has not met the requirements listed above
