[Scene] Remove wallet

The user should be able to wipe and remove the wallet from the app.

Requirements:

Disclaimer text regarding removal of the wallet
Checkmark with relevant copy
The CTA-button should be disabled if the user has not met the requirements listed above
Wipe all wallet data
Return user to Welcome
