with new version i get split on big netgroup multicast

on a netgroup with 2000+ users sometimes a new connected client connects to 26+ neigbhours but he can not get any video stream data

The server reconnects the members splitted of one group when it happens. I think that the problem comes from this new chrome pepper bug:
#85
Cumulus can see the client death only... 180 sec after its real disconnection.
