Implement this tool for any new commits/pushes to the repo: https://github.com/IBM/detect-secrets/tree/master using the pre-commit method shown in the README.

More about hooks here: https://git-scm.com/book/en/v2/Customizing-Git-Git-Hooks. Try to see if you can add config for this to our repo.
