Added AWS batch and lambda module !

Finally, AWS batch and lambda have been added to the project, and they are experimental versions currently. They have very limited functions: Sliced data by Lambda and Run multiple jobs by AWS batch. Unfortunately, you cannot use S3 bucket in local directly because of the cost issue, but you are able to use this by creating EC2 instance. Please let admin knows if you need any permission for S3 bucket and other resources.
