Add a function to get the Euphoria-MVC version and related info.

Then I guess we should probably determine a version number scheme and actually start versioning stuff.

Recommend we adopt Semantic Versioning. Need to tighten up the API and documentation before we can be considered compliant, though.

Added version tags to the appropriate commits to date. Based on that, it looks like we're on version 1.1.0 right now. Next version (1.2.0) should include the requested version info.
