This pull request includes changes to the hbs/md.hbs and js/owrap.server.js files to improve functionality and code readability, as well as adding new test cases in tests/testOJobShort.yaml.

Improvements to hbs/md.hbs:

• Moved the {{{markdown}}} block and the closing </body> tag to the end of the file for better structure.
• Combined the themedark script into a single line and added the mdcodeclip script block at the end.

Enhancements in js/owrap.server.js:

• Added support for handling both file paths and Java streams in the replyFile and replyFileMD methods. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]

New test cases in tests/testOJobShort.yaml:

• Added test cases for uni-directional and bi-directional function testing, channel operations, and todo list functionality.
