We have some imaging where we used focused EDF (fancy maxIP). The problem is when I open these images with nd2reader and run nd2reader.sizes it still gives me z>1, even though it should not be there. However, if I try to get_frame_2D() with z=2 for example, it gives me an error. Only running it with z=0 works...
Any ideas how to get around that?
