Actor and Target tables have a many-to-many relationship based on CDP data model

For an actor and a target, based on the CDP data model, one actor can record several target types, and a target can be associated with several actors. This means there is a many-to-many relationship between actor and target.

I think if this were to happen, we'd add two targets: one for each actor. So, I think it's a one-to-many relationship.
