DOD: Provide exploration documentation that describes what a Public Dashboard for a GPC compliant GHG Inventory could look like. Exploration can be done as a notion page, google slides, figma, miro, python notebook, etc. Exploration should include what type of data will be showcased and possible visualizations and formats for each type of data shown.

User story: As a city I want to showcase my progress on my GHG emission reductions and the actions I'm taking to my citizens in order to improve my image and engage citizens in community climate action.

Data that can be shown:
Results from a GPC GHG Inventory
Evolutions of emissions
Other relevant climate datasets (urban forestry coverage, CCRA metrics)
Actions taken (from a Climate Action Plan, policy, initiatives)
Commitments (net zero or emission reductions)
Active campaigns citizens can participate in
