equalize the size of images in places section.

i want to equal the size of all the boxes [that] renders the places info in places section.

as all the boxes in the same row is not of same size. also want to add hover effect to these boxes.

@Omkar-Sonawane-23 , assign me this issue under GSSOC'24 to make contribution to the project.
