Error sections in procedures can now follow one of the two indentation formats

With indent_error_section=true

PROC procname()
    MoveL target;
    ERROR 
        HandleError;
ENDPROC

With indent_error_section=false

PROC procname()
    MoveL target;
ERROR 
    HandleError;
ENDPROC

Bonus: Allowed VAR in parameter definition
