Unable to move right cards during multi-window #3

For some reason cards on the right side are unable to be moved when in multi-window mode. Seems like some mask is over them so they are not receiving the touch event.

This shows the touch area, it is much smaller than the application

Another showing it may be miss-aligned, hanging off top. Blue box is from Solitaire window not Chrome, but is showing in Chrome window area.
