Identify maintainer for OSeMOSYS Pyomo - volunteers required #4

At present, we have not identified a maintainer for the OSeMOSYS Pyomo repository.

If you are interested in becoming a maintainer of this repository, please let one of the OSeMOSYS admins (@willu47, @tniet or @abhishek0208) know.

Responsibilities include:

sorting and prioritisation of issues using the Github issue tracker
review of pull requests
coordination with the OSeMOSYS admins regarding the future direction of OSeMOSYS
creation of new issues to keep this implementation of OSeMOSYS up to date with developments in other implementations (OSeMOSYS GAMS, OSeMOSYS GNU MathProg etc.)
setting up documentation, testing and deployment to better support maintenance of the code base
