pose.willDriftInYaw is set as "true" in HmdTrackerCallback.
I put it to false in my own compiled version and it seems to me that things are better than with "true". At least they are not worse. But I did no spent enough time in game to be sure.
So maybe it should be a good idea to add this as a parameter for OSVR driver in steamVR.settings.

This kind of settings do make sense I guess. If you set pose.willDriftInYaw equals true, the steamvr will know your raw data will be drift in yaw direction, and steamvr will do additional operations to handle your data drifting to improve performance.
