Create Party Search Bar

Create a search bar on the top of the map that can accept text input and update a state variable. Below is an image that contains the desired look circled in red (taken from the Figma design).

Mocking search results or doing any form of search filtering is out-of-scope for this issue. Eventually, the list of parties (on the bottom of the screen) will refresh after a user changes what is in the search bar. But that will be handled in a separate issue.
