Purpose
Added the GH action for building the
rgrassdocumentation website. This publishes thedocsfolder to agh_pagesbranch upon changes tomain. The pkgdown site is built using the same process as previously performed manually, i.e., usingpkgdown::build_site(run_dont_run = TRUE)argument to run the examples that are enclosed in\dontrun{}.
