GOVERNMENT_USE

The U.S. Government has a nonexclusive, irrevocable worldwide, paid-up license to reproduce, prepare derivative works, and perform publicly and display publicly, (BRIAR API 1.3.6), and to have others do the same for or on behalf of the U.S. Government.
