Community contribution

Here you can find information about how to contribute your content to the OHDSI Vocabularies.

It includes:

1. Non-drug vocabularies (part I: adding non-standard vocabularies, adding non-standard concepts to existing vocabularies, adding mappings, changing existing mappings, modifying attributes of existing concepts and promoting non-standard concepts to standard).

2. Drug vocabularies (incorporation of source drug vocabularies into the OHDSI Vocabularies through a systematic process or using such a process to map your drugs).

Please note that community contribution concerns adding or modifying the content related to structured vocabularies (entities that have identifiers, standardized names, and external references). If you are interested in adding free-text content (such as strings from flowsheets), please contact us by creating a GitHub issue, coming to the Vocabulary WG call or the Healthcare Systems Special Interest WG call.
