After upgrading to rutorrent 5.1.0, Ratio Groups does not work

Describe the bug

At the time of assigning the groups, they stop at any time, so they do not meet the condition.

For example, if I want to stop a torrent after 24 hours of seeding, sometimes it will stop in one hour, in three, or in twenty.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set any torrent to stop after 24 hours.

2. It will do so at any time

I was using version 4.3.6 without any problems.

I wanted to update to see the new version, but since then it doesn't work as it used to.
