CheckMK 2.0 - minor bugfixing

• fixing exception, when already discovered logfile is not present anymore on monitored host

CheckMK 2.0 support / migration to new API's

The complete package was adopted to CheckMK 2.0 architecture including new API definitions for Check API / Bakery API.

Important Notice
For this migration, the service metrics identifier needed to be renamed as metric names beginning with a digit are not allowed anymore as they are treated differently in CheckMK back-end. Therefore all service metrics renamed. This means that unfortunatly, the historical data cannot be used anymore. You might need to delete all existing historical data via rm pnp4nagios/perfdata/*/HTTP_Access_Log_*
