The support for ECOS solver has been added. Currently it will be a hard dependency for convexjlr. And it is loading at the startup.
Maybe need to only install and load it when needed?
And may have a systemic way to support other solvers.

So although the support of ECOS solver is finished, leave the issue open for the record.
