Bucket Snake does not currently grant s3:ListAllMyBuckets. This means that listing all buckets in an account cannot be added by Bucket Snake.

This should probably be supported. This would likely fit an entirely separate category from the existing list, get, put, delete permissions, as this is technically a "service" level permission that is applied to all buckets within an account vs. specific ones.
