Add more map layers to assit in georeference localities in different areas, of different types and from different times.

As a digitiser, I want to choose a map layer that is adapted to where / when / how the object was collected to georeference the specimen with higher precision.

Acceptance criteria

• This is something that can be verified to show that this epic is satisfied.

User stories

• As a digitiser, I want Georg to show as many small towns as possible, so that I can easily find the locality I'm looking for. #87
• As a digitiser, I want to see historical maps in order to be able to georeference specimens that were collected before about 1950 with greater precision. #69
