SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by Ahadu Tech (the "Licensor") and the user (the "Licensee").

1. Grant of License:
   - The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software named Barcode and QRcode Generator (the "Software") for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Permitted Uses:
   - The Licensee may install and use the Software on any suitable device owned or controlled by the Licensee.

3. Restrictions:
   - The Licensee shall not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
   - The Licensee shall not distribute, sublicense, sell, or lease the Software or any part thereof.

4. Ownership and Copyright:
   - The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are and shall remain the property of the Licensor.
   - The Licensee acknowledges that no title to the intellectual property in the Software is transferred to the Licensee.

5. Warranty and Limitation of Liability:
   - The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
   - The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

6. Termination:
   - This Agreement shall terminate automatically if the Licensee breaches any of its terms and conditions.
   - Upon termination, the Licensee shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in its possession or control.

7. Governing Law:
   - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia.

By using the Software, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date of 12/15/2023.
