This is a patch to address a few issues of the last Edge build:

• Cloud UI should work as expected now, a potential race condition is removed from all browsers (although only Edge is affected AFAIK)
• Right before Edge build goes live on Microsoft Store, the major version will be dropped for all future Edge build, so 1.0.0.25 will become 0.0.25

The version number is not changed (still 1.0.0.25).

These changes are included in this build of Nano Adblocker:

• Pull update from upstream
• Re-implement some components that were wiped by the upstream refactor
• For extended filtering (previously named cosmetic filtering), the linting message will be less verbose, the error icon should be enough for most cases as per my personal experience; the documentation is pretty good and the linter cannot catch quirks (like problem with matching color) anyway
• The quirky redirect=... will still have full linting messages for now as the documentation doesn't cover all of them

This Nano Defender build have not changed since last build because there is no need for change, I am still maintaining that project, don't worry.
