Training routine instructions

Hi, I noticed that the training routine section of the README is labelled TODO.

Are training instructions available elsewhere? Or, can we help pull those instructions together?

Hi - while there aren't explicit instructions, you can begin by running app/train.py. This script assumes a specific data directory structure (possibly, the same as testing) and uses the leave-one-site-out validation that was described in the paper.

If you'd like to give it a try, feel free to do so, and I can help you along if there are any issues.
