ADMIN GRANTS v0.1.0

This is the first release of the admin backoffice of GRANTS

Grants is an easy to set up end to end grant application form for DAOs on NEAR Protocol

Here are a list of the features:

• Basic authentication (will be replaced by a connexion with NEAR wallet in the future)
• CRUD over all the grants applications
• Action buttons to approve & reject grants or milestone, to download invoices and to sign agreement on the grant giver side
