Create a forum.

The forum consists of

  • Forum -- recursive entity
  • Topic -- the topic for a forum discussion
  • Post -- a post made by a user

There should be general forums such as Welcome, My Wine Cellar, Questions and specific ones like Italy, Tuscany and Brunello di Montalcino DOCG.

Separate issues can be created for more functionality such as Like and Dislike for a post.
