Can we change the width of sidebar, or better make it adjustable?

Thanks very much for your template and it helps me a lot with my daily work.

I am trying to figure out how to adjust the width of the sidebar, haven't figured it out yet. I am not sure whether you can point to me where should I modify/change, thanks very much.
