Add an option for the default import selection

I find it quite annoying that when I import translations from nl_NL to nl_BE that I always have to switch "current" to "waiting".
Is it possible to have a feature in GlotDict that when you check it, it changes automatically from current to waiting when you go to that page?

Hi! If I understand correctly, you want to always have that option on "waiting" or is that depending on the loacale you are into?

Its spot on what you say. I would love it that I dont always have to change current to waiting

But I think not everybody wants that, so an option in GlotDict to set this would be lovely.
