Bionicle Fonts v2.1

v2.1 includes fixes and additions for the okoto2016 font. Specifically, v2.1:

• fixes okoto2016's C/c glyph
• adds the creature symbol as okoto2016's 8 glyph
• adds a WOFF2 version of okoto2016
