I know it is explained in the FAQ, but recap on the versions:

From this, we can determine this is the second beta building upon the first release. All betas will end in .0 as Betas are essentially polished Alphas.

Another example is this:

This is an experimental software set, the eighth. More in the FAQ on Epsilons.

Ex: Alpha v0.5.19
The 19th Alpha released after the most recent Beta. It is v0, so no full releases have been made.
