我之前明明执行了make啊，为啥还要重复make啊(恼)
而且之前不是写了如果没有out/deb则停止执行make pack-deb嘛

主要是有个$(O)显得正规点，issue得等写完再说了，还没开发完，问题肯定多。说实话更喜欢讨论区的风格，感觉这样自由些。
