The character sheets don't display halves and fifths. I don't use the automation part of Foundry to play Call of Cthulhu, and most of my players roll physical dice. Not being able to see half and fifth values for skills can make this somewhat cumbersome
Minor issue: The attributes are in a different order from what they are on the official character sheets
The "Throw" skill is called "Fighting: Throw" on the PC actor sheets in Foundry, but the official sheets don't list Throw as a Fighting skill.

Context.
My players prefer physical dice, so we don't use automated dice rolling.
Having them in the same order as official makes copying pregen PC sheets into Foundry much faster
Calling Throw a Fighting skill puts it somewhere else in the skill order
Possible Implementation.
Display the skills similar to how they are for the attributes: Big number for full value, two small numbers for half and fifth. Alternatively, display it as for example "60 / 30 / 12" in the same line and font it is displayed now
Change the order
Make Throw its own skill instead of calling it a Fighting skill
