Denodo: added documentation for new options in version 1.0.9 of the connector

This PR includes the modifications to the documentation that correspond to the new options in version 1.0.8 of the Denodo Connector, recently submitted for certification.

Changes include:

• Note on changes in the password escaping behaviour.
• Note on the recommendation to use DSN data sources over connection-string-based ones.
• Explanation on three new options available: QueryTimeout, UserAgent and Compression.
