you may use the scroll bar.
If it is displayed as is expected, it's close to the bottom of the window.
If there's not much content, there are chances that you can't see the bar.

The scrollbar is extremely thin and hard to control. Is there any way to adjust its width?

I attempted to modify scrollbar-width but it does not work (Typora 1.7.6). Perhaps it is a bug of Typora itself.
